At the meeting, the parties discussed the main areas of cooperation in the tourism industry, including issues of joint training of qualified personnel for the tourism sector in Uzbekistan.
Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached on establishing partnership with higher education institutions of Uzbekistan engaged in training personnel in tourism, including the Silk Road International University of Tourism in Samarkand.
Nikos Kanoulas expressed his readiness to organize an annual internship in his company for Uzbekistan students during the tourist season.
