LLC Apart Hotel Kosmos is building a modern hotel. They will also build a recreation area for 120 places on an area of two hectares based on a project worth $800 thousand. 50 jobs will be created.
According to the Russian partner – the head of Stroy Leader company D. Turakhojayev, the development of the tourism industry is a profitable business and contributes to improvement of the wellbeing of the population in a certain territory. The company not only offers its clients accommodation and food, but also medical, transportation, communication services, beauty salons, and organizes trips.
The recreation area is scheduled for commissioning in December. At the next stage, the construction of housing, a kindergarten and other service facilities will be organized.
