The event was attended by the heads of non-governmental non-profit organizations operating in the territory, primary organizations for women’s issues. It was organized by the Ministry of Supporting Mahalla and Family, together with Syrdarya Regional Administration and District Department for Supporting Mahalla and Family.
Participants were provided with information about measures on promoting women’s employment in rural areas.
The event also included an exhibition of products manufactured by rural women engaged in business at the expense of bank loans.
