The purpose of signing this document is to ensure broad participation of youth in further democratization and renewal of the country, building a civil society, developing a culture of using public services, including practical skills in using electronic public services.
Memorandum of Cooperation covers such tasks as carrying out systematic work on professional training and employment of youth, implementing targeted work in representative bodies of state power to widely attract young people in need of social protection and support to entrepreneurship, removing bureaucratic barriers in provision of public services, as well as creating a culture of using public services among the population, especially youth.
