President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has congratulated the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the country’s Independence Day.
