The parties discussed the possibilities of further establishing cooperation between the Association of Craftsmen of Uzbekistan and the Union of Craftsmen of Tajikistan in order to jointly develop relevant areas of handicraft in the two countries.
The Tajik side proposed to create conditions for cooperative ties between artisans of the two countries.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue close contacts and enhance cooperation, paying special attention to practical assistance to national artisans in development of new types of products, establishing cooperation between craftsmen and the entry of handicraft products to foreign markets.
